Use as a diluent for test specimens and/or enzyme conjugates in ELISA test systems that may be sensitive to typical detergents such as those for some hormones, drugs, and hydrophobic antigens in solid phase such as VDRL antigen. |

Dilute 1:2 in DI H2O to prepare working 1X solution. Appropriately dilute test specimen or enzyme conjugate into the diluent and add mixture to the ELISA plate wells. |
