Loss of analytes by non-specific binding to storage, collection, or test materials can reduce sensitivity and confound the accuracy of both traditional immunoassays (e.g. ELISA) and rapid test systems. Calypte offers novel reagents that limit this loss, and that may be especially useful where typical surfactants have failed.
