Special surfactant is a unique silicone polyether that is non-hydrolyzable. Not regularly applied to immunochemistry, this reagent can be the "magic bullet" needed to minimize the non-specific binding and aggregation of some proteins and small molecules, especially when traditional immunochemistry surfactants (e.g. Tween® 20) have been ineffective or interfering. Highly compatible and applicable to both traditional and rapid immunoassays. |

Use as an additive to sample diluents and other buffers to minimize the non-specific binding and aggregation of some proteins and small molecules. Universally compatible, including with most systems testing proteins and small molecules that are hydrophobic and other systems sensitive to typical surfactants, such as Tween® 20. For use in traditional immunoassays (e.g. ELISA) and rapid test platforms. |
