Stable and effective sample diluent for rapid test systems is formulated without proteins for systems where the introduction of extraneous proteins would be interfering or inappropriate. Provided at 2X to allow for additional additions and pH adjustments if needed. |

For use in rapid test systems (e.g. flow through, lateral flow) where the exclusion of extraneous proteins is necessary. Use as a diluent for test specimens including blood, plasma, serum, oral fluid, urine, and other specimens in lateral flow, dot blot, or flow-through rapid tests. |

Dilute 1:2 in DI H2O to prepare working 1X solution. Alternatively, supplement additional required reagents and/or adjust the pH then QS to 1X. Appropriately dilute test specimen into the diluent and test in lateral flow, dot blot, or flow-through rapid test. |
