Alternative diluent optimized to promote the binding of many protein
antigens or antibodies to polystyrene ELISA plates (solid phase) |
| |
| |
Appropriate coating buffer for many antigen or antibody capture ELISA systems especially when traditional plate coat diluents have been less effective |
| |
| |
Dilute 1:10 in DI H2O to prepare working 1X solution. Use 1X diluent to dilute antigen or antibody to desired concentration (e.g. 0.05-0.50 μg/100 μL). Apply 50-100 μL of preparation to each well of polystyrene ELISA plate. Incubate (e.g. 37°C for 60 minutes, 2-8°C overnight, etc.). Remove by plate wash before adding blocking reagent or sample. |
